Mental Health First Aid Course

Join the Idaho Falls Public Library for a FREE Mental Health First Aid Course on Tuesday, December 9th and Wednesday, December 10th from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Please register at https://tinyurl.com/yc7fyauu.
Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge in adults.
Attendees must be 18 years or older to participate and must be able to attend the full two-day course.
Snacks and a light lunch will be provided.
