Mental Health First Aid Course

Join the Idaho Falls Public Library for a FREE Mental Health First Aid Course on Tuesday, November 24th from 10:15 am to 6:15 pm. Registration is required at https://tinyurl.com/42nscwhy.
Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge in adults ages 18 and over.
Attendees must be able to attend the full one-day course. Snacks and a light lunch will be provided.
Must be 18 or older to participate.
