Let’s Talk About It is a program put on by the Idaho Commission for Libraries. With this program, guest scholars come to the Idaho Falls Public Library to talk in-depth about a books built around a specific theme.

This year’s theme is Through Indigenous Story: An Invitation to Understanding.

Dates:

  • January 24: An American Sunrise by Joy Harjo. Guest scholar – Margaret Pettis
  • February 28: Firekeeper’s Daughter by Angeline Boulley. Guest scholar – Shelley McEuen
  • March 28: The Night Watchman by Louise Erdrich. Guest scholar – Carlen Donovan
