If you’re caring for an elderly adult or someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s, we invite you to attend our informative workshop series, Caregiver Connections on:

• April 8th from 12-1pm: 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s
• April 22nd from 10:30am-2:30pm: Community Conference
• May 13 from 12-1pm: Dementia Conversations

This series will provide valuable insights on managing their finances, supporting their independence, and discovering helpful resources for both of you.
