Join us for our next round of this popular, year-long reading challenge! Kids and teens read 25 books in specific categories; Adults read 50. Adults and teens will have the option to sign up for Book Nerd Your Way, a challenge that doesn’t specify any reading categories. Those who finish the challenge will win an exclusive prize!
Kids who aren’t quite ready to read 100 page books can do the challenge their way!

Families with kids aged 0-12 can sign up for the annual Idaho Falls Public Library Family Winter Reading challenge! This challenge begins on Monday, November 27, 2023 and ends on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up online using an adult’s account at ifpl.beanstack.com or pick up a paper log at the Children’s desk starting Monday, November 27th. Limit one log per family.
- Read together as a family for 55 days. At least one adult and one child must read together.
- Earn a Family Prize of a board game of your choice that can be enjoyed by the whole family!

- Explore the endless possibilities of LEGO bricks and take part in engaging, hands-on learning.
- Ignite your imagination with our fun monthly challenges that will keep you coming back.
LEGO Day at your Library Makerspace is the perfect place to be inspired, learn, and create while having a fantastic time.
